The LifeLinks Family of Churches is a relationally based group of Churches and
Ministries and is not seeking to reproduce identical churches in every community.
As a basis of Leadership, LifeLinks has what we describe as the "Apostolic
Council" to provide the umbrella of spiritual oversight needed in our Family. The original
members of the Apostolic Council are:
David Wells
Dave functions as the Apostolic team leader. He and his wife Linda lead Harvest City Church in
Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. They have a thriving work and give apostolic oversight to many in
the Prairie Region of Canada. As a strong teacher, David also travels extensively. Dave is in
growing demand around our LifeLinks churches, and beyond into other streams and groups.
Keith Hazell
Keith functions as the Prophetic Leader within the Council. Keith and his wife Nova live in Calgary,
Alberta, Canada, and attend Harvest Christian Fellowship. Keith has an international travelling
ministry -- not just as a Prophet to the Body of Christ, but also as an Apostle to many churches.
Keith is linked with churches in Canada, the USA, Germany, the United Kingdom, and travels to many
other nations.
Hugh Laybourn
Hugh lives with his wife Ronda in Lewiston, Idaho, United States, and works out of River City Church
there. Hugh has a strong Prophetic Ministry and also works closely in team with Keith giving
apostolic input to many of the churches in the Borderlands area of the Northwest. Also a traveling
ministry, Hugh has a special burden for the Spanish-speaking peoples and is much involved with the
smaller churches in LifeLinks. Hugh has a great burden for prayer and delights to minister to those
in need.
Dennis McNally
Dennis is based out of and leads in New Life Christian Church in Castro Valley, California, United
States, where he lives with his wife Diane. Dennis is a man with a passion for the Kingdom of God
and is one who likes to be on the cutting edge. He gives help and oversight to churches and
ministries in Vietnam, Africa, the Philippines, Mexico, and the Pacific Islands.
Phil Cana
Phil lives in Sheffield, England, where he and his wife Yvonne lead Sheffield Christian Life Centre.
Phil has a strong Prophetic Ministry. He also travels and gives oversight to churches in the United
Kingdom, travelling into Europe and India, as well as to LifeLinks churches in North America.
The Apostolic Council is being expanded to include strategic-minded leaders from the LifeLinks family to help give renewed direction as the Family grows and develops. Since we are a relational Fellowship, we believe that those joining our Family must build a significant relationship with a LifeLinks leader recognized by the Apostolic Council. Thus we have linked our Family through these individuals in a network of relationships. These recognized leaders often have men and women around them in personal ministry Teams, who aid them in ministering to the churches that have established relationships with them.
